The friendly chef of the Kempinski Grill Restaurant has set himself a special target since 1999: Constancy on the highest level. This is the only way to reach his goal – pleased guests.
Frank Hokamp stands for distinctiveness and accuracy. He does not alienate anything. Not the words on the menu card and certainly none of the meals on the nice KPM-dishes. Salt, pepper and fresh herbs – these are his favourite spices.
The “Grill-Chef” has a preference for starters à la Frank Hokamp. Many of his own creations make a perfect menu. One could not wait to come back to Frank Hokamp at the Kempinski Grill!
